HOLLYWOOD, CAL — After months of excitement leading up to the announced release of Warner Brothers’ “Snyder Cut” of Justice League, exclusively on HBO Max, the DCEU director has teased yet another release of unseen superhero movie footage.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice: The Supreme Ultra Mega Hyper Cut will apparently drop on HBO Max this fall, allowing fans to see the director’s full vision, which is a film spanning nearly five days of runtime.
“No director can fit everything they want in the theatrical version,” Snyder said in an interview with Apparently Anyone Can Get Screentime Media. “And no superhero movie director can get everything they wanted in the director’s cut. And no Zack Snyder can get everything he wanted in the ultimate cut. So we’ve decided to give the three dozen or so loudest fans issuing death threats exactly what they want: literally everything I filmed.”
The new version will include many scenes left out of Synder’s first vision of Batman v Superman, including a scene where Lex Luthor dives into a Scrooge McDuck style pool of jolly ranchers, or a scene where Batman tries a couple times and fails to climb up in a corner space so he can surprise a police officer.
“These are just some of the amazing scenes we couldn’t get in the previous versions that were released,” Snyder added. “We can’t wait to ignore what you think of it.”
